FAQ
What types of events does Bubble Wise participate in?
From neighborhood block parties and farmers markets to large festivals, school celebrations, and community gatherings, Bubble Wise brings interactive bubble play to events of all shapes and sizes! We love collaborating with organizations that value creativity, connection, and good old-fashioned fun.
Can Bubble Wise set up indoors?
At this time, all Bubble Wise experiences are outdoor-only. Our bubbles need plenty of open space to float, and outdoor environments give children the freedom to move, explore, and get a little messy! Covered outdoor spaces may work depending on the setup. Reach out if you’re unsure!
How much space do you need?
We typically request a minimum 10' x 10' outdoor space, though larger areas are preferred for giant bubble play. An open, relatively flat area away from heavy foot traffic works best.
Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! Bubble Wise brings all necessary bubble-making equipment, solution, and activity supplies. We can also provide our own 10' x 10' canopy when needed.
Are your activities suitable for all ages?
Absolutely! While children are often our most enthusiastic participants, bubble play is for everyone. Our experiences are designed to encourage creativity, movement, and connection across generations. Young children should be supervised by a parent or caregiver.
Can Bubble Wise accommodate large crowds?
Yes! Our setup works well for festivals and community events where guests participate on a rotating, drop-in basis. For larger crowds, we'll work with organizers to determine the most suitable setup and flow.
Do you offer sponsored or community-funded experiences?
Yes! We love making play accessible to the community. Organizations and businesses can sponsor a Bubble Wise experience so families can participate at no cost. We're happy to discuss sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and larger community events. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome, subject to availability!
What happens if it rains?
Because our experiences are primarily outdoors, weather plays an important role. We'll communicate with organizers if unfavorable conditions are expected and discuss available options according to the booking agreement. High winds, thunderstorms, and other unsafe conditions may prevent bubble activities from taking place.
Are you insured?
Bubble Wise carries business liability insurance. If your event requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or additional coverage documentation, please share your requirements during the inquiry process so we can review them.
